Subscriptions may be offered on a free, monthly, or annual basis. Pricing and inclusions are subject to change at any time. Product may be offered on a one-time or payment plan basis. Your paid access begins upon payment confirmation.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to have a good experience. If you're unsatisfied with a 1:1 session or group workshop, or product, you may request a refund by emailing [email protected] within 7 days of the service date. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Intellectual Property

All content shared via our platform—including writing, workshop materials, templates, and visual branding—is the intellectual property of Jaclyn Yaeger and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without explicit permission.

6. Community Guidelines

We reserve the right to remove any user from our spaces ( comments, chats, group sessions) who engages in abusive, discriminatory, or harmful behavior.

7. Job Board Disclaimer

The job board exists for informational purposes only. We do not vet or endorse employers listed unless explicitly stated. We are not responsible for your outcomes if you apply to a job listed.
